About Us

Concerned Initiative for Community and Social Development (CICSD) comprising of great and dedicated stakeholder was formed in 2012. CICSD is an NGO based in Nigeria whose aim is to create, raise and sustain awareness on education, health, disability, drug & alcohol, community and social services, amongst professionals, stakeholders and the public.

We believe everyone deserves to live with dignity and have their basic needs met. That’s why we work with organizations across the country, Africa and international organizations on community-based development. We help people and community build their own long-term livelihoods, so they can lift themselves out of poverty and break the cycle for future generations.

Our organization has dedicated and committed stakeholders and we have harnessed combined strength and organized the organization into a non-profit community based organization.
